Prices

The price of the set remains the same even if you order fewer paddles, buoyancy aids or dry barrels.

The price includes:

• boat rental including equipment
• insurance against damage or total destruction
• a map of weirs to help you find your way along the river

When collecting and returning boats at our rental stations there is no charge for boat transport. If you wish to collect or return boats elsewhere, transport costs will be added according to the transport price list.

We do not require advance payments or refundable security deposits for rental equipment. Payment is made in cash when you collect the boats.

Discounts

• volume discounts

3% discount on equipment rental costing more than 5 000 CZK
5% discount on equipment rental costing more than 10 000 CZK
8% discount on equipment rental costing more than 15 000 CZK

• "off-season" discount

10% discount on equipment rental for trips starting before 1.6. and after 1.9.
15% discount on equipment rental if the equipment ordered costs more than 2 500 CZK and the rental starts before 1.6. and after 1.9.

Note:
Discount calculations exclude the cost of boat and passenger transport. 
Volume discounts and the “off-season” discount are available only for bookings submitted via the online form.
Discounts cannot be combined; the higher discount always applies.

Cancellation fees

If you cancel your booking less than 14 days before the start of your trip, we charge the following cancellation fees based on the total rental price:

• 14-7 days – 25%
• 6-0 days – 50%

An exception to the cancellation policy applies if the river cannot be paddled (because the water level is too high or too low). Whether the river is navigable is determined by the limits published at www.vodackanavigace.cz

Cold weather or rain is not a reason for cancelling a booking.
